Dropdown menus missing from the web page when not logged in

Is anybody else suffering from this?
Firefox 78.10.0esr on debian buster. I’m seeing this since a few weeks. Funny enough, as soon as I log in, everything is working well again.

Similar problem with Chromium 89.0.4389.90 on Linux. Dropdown menus do not work, not even logged-in.

I confirm the same problem is there with Firefox on Windows.

I have signaled the issue to our ISP. Hopefully this will be fixed asap.

Problem was due to a cache issue. It is now fixed!
