Font error of TANGO manage

why my TANGO manage unable to display fonts properly?

Others like Jive JDraw AtkPanel are running and display well

os: win 7 64bit
TANGO:9.2.2
JRE:1.91

I think you will have to wait for the Astor developer to come back from his holidays to get a useful answer.
He should be around next week.
